• Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days when in stock.
• All orders are shipped via Express U.S. Postal Service mail.
• The billing name must match the shipping name for all orders.
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
• Megan Minks is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.

3. Local Pick-Up

• Local customers may select the Pick-Up option at checkout.
• Pick-up orders will be ready within a few hours after purchase.

4. Wholesale Orders

• We offer wholesale pricing for orders of 50+ lash trays.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• All sales are final, except in cases of product defects.
• If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a replacement or refund.
